What is BubsBoutique refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn/unused and returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. We can not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale or that is no longer stocked.
Unwanted gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.
Please note: A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange

Damaged/faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case by case basis, replacement, refund whatever works best for you. When will my order be sent?
All orders received will be processed and on confirmation of the order the goods will be packed ready to be dispatched with the next available courier.
Products purchased before 3pm will be delivered in Dubai the next day, orders placed after 3pm, on a Friday and orders throughout UAE will be delivered in 48 hours of purchase.

How much does Shipping/Delivery cost?
For all goods purchased in the UAE FREE delivery when you spend over AED 150.
For any goods purchased under AED 150 a charge of 10AED will be added.

Do we gift wrap?
All orders sent from bubsboutique are delicately wrapped in recycled tissue paper. Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process and we will wrap free of charge using our beautiful BubsBoutique wrapping and ribbons. Please use the comment section to write your personalised note that we can attach to the gift.

Please note that there is not a standardised sizing system for baby clothing and that this is a rough guide only. As with adult fashion, different designers cut their garments differently and there will be variations in sizing between brands.
However you will find extra sizing guides as you browse the website and look at each product individually and we hope this helps you make appropriate selections.
Please note BubsBoutique goes from size 0-5 if you see something and would like it in a bigger size please feel free to contact us paula@bubsboutique.com or kirsten@bubsboutique.com and we can see what we can do.
For the feet: We list the heel to toe measurement of all shoes/booties etc. This is an external measurement of the shoe or sock and only meant as a guide. A good idea is to check the measurement of the outside of a shoe or sock that your child is currently wearing comfortably and compare it to the measurement we have listed.
