A must have to keep sane! The food diary is a great way to record feeding times when you are milk feeding, weaning and introducing new foods. When the grandparents, baby sitters and nannies take over the childcare this is a great way to log what has been eaten during the day to ensure that your child has a healthy a varied diet.

The clever twist with this book is that it is wipe-able comes with its own special pencil and can be used over and over again! It's a must have for every new parent when in the daze of the first 6 weeks.

We love the wipe-able surface of the book it lasts up to 2 months and comes with its own pencil and can be used over and over again. Having used our own makeshift ones the design of this book is perfect as you can add more notes in too ie nappy changes/ reactions to food etc.
